Steps To Successful Recruitment Registration

Step 1 – Register with the Panhellenic at the University you will be attending - most charge for this, to cover the university's costs - and most have a Deadline. 

Step 2  - Register with McKinney Area Alumnae Panhellenic – no cost – just mail the info form to the address on the website.   You can also scan and email the information page to our email address - mckinneypanhellenic@gmail.com

Step 3 – Assemble your Recruitment Information Packets – one for each sorority on the college campus you will be attending.     (See tab for information on what should be in your recruitment packet.)

Step 4 – Contact an alumna from each sorority – see the list of contacts we have compiled of alumnae in our area from the list on this site (see tabs above).  Ask her if she will complete your Recruitment Information Packet for you by filling out the necessary paperwork, or writing the needed letter for her organization. 

Step 5 – Drop off one of your packets to each of the Alumnae who have agreed to help you.  

The alum will take it from there by completing the necessary information for her organization and forwarding your packet on to the appropriate person in her organization.


IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PROSPECTIVE NEW MEMBER TO CONTACT THE ALUMNAE FOR THE RECOMMENDATION.  

Step 6 – Enjoy your summer and look forward to Fall Recruitment and embarking on a wonderful time and college experience!
